Change Notice

We will give at least 30 days advance notice before adding a new subprocessor that will process your Customer Content. Notice will be sent to your registered email address and reflected here with an updated effective date.

To ensure you receive subprocessor change notices, keep your registered email address current in your account settings, or contact us at privacy@sightlabs.com to be added to the notice list.

If you reasonably object to the addition of a new subprocessor on data protection grounds, notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving the notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide an alternative means of processing. If no alternative is feasible, you may terminate the affected services without penalty with a pro-rated refund of prepaid fees. See Section 15 of our Terms of Service for the full subprocessor change procedure.
