Sightlabs Documentation

Sightlabs tracks mentions of your brand, people, and keywords across social media, search engines, and AI chatbots. This documentation covers everything from your first scan to reading analytics over time.

What is Sightlabs

Sightlabs is a brand intelligence tool for marketing, PR, and communications teams. You run a scan with a brand name, an influencer handle, or a keyword. Sightlabs searches 14+ platforms in real time, pulls the relevant posts, and runs them through an AI pipeline that returns sentiment scores, key themes, action items, and PR risk flags.

It is built for people who need to know what is being said about them right now, not people who want raw data logs. The output is opinionated on purpose.

Who it is for

  • Marketing teams monitoring brand health across channels
  • PR and comms teams catching negative threads before they spread
  • Founders tracking competitor mentions and market sentiment
  • Agencies managing brand reputation for multiple clients
